How to Make Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe
So, wear your aprons, don your baker hat, and let’s bake.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup of Sugar
- Milk as required
- 1 cup of Yogurt
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees (every oven temperature is different, so set the timer accordingly). Grease the cake tins with oil, and sprinkle some flour.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, add yogurt and then add dry ingredients. Mix well. If you feel the batter is thick, pour hot milk slowly and combine well. Do it until you get a smooth consistency.
- Add to the batter vanilla essence and mix well.
- Make sure the batter is lump-free.
- Now pour the batter into the cake tins and bake.
- Bake until brown from all the sides and take a toothpick test to determine whether the cake has baked properly or not.
Frosting
- Raw chocolate
- Sprinkles
Method:
- On a double boiler, melt raw chocolate.
- Once the cake cools down, glaze the cake with melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle edible sprinkles or top it with fruits, gems, or any other topping of your choice.
