Couples Yoga Poses
Bound Angle Pose or Baddha Konasana
Sit back to back each other and close the foot. One partner bend forward and other partner rest head and shoulder. Expand the chest and relax the heart.
Hold the breath for 5-10 second and inhale. Repeat the exercise by other partners.

Partner Forward-Fold
Be seated position facing each other. Legs extended and make “V” shape and touch each other toe. Hold the arm and one should pull and others should bend forward.
Exhale the breath when you bend and inhale while becoming straight. Repeat the exercise for both partners.
Camel Pose + Plow (Ustrasana + Halasana)
It is the advance and challenging yoga pose for couples. One should lie back on the ground and take the legs towards the head and touches the ground into plow pose.
The other partner should sit on the knee and bend back into camel pose on the other partner. Press the hip and back full camel pose hold for 5 Seconds and switch the partner and repeat.

Half Lord Of The Fishes Pose 0r Ardha Matsyendrasana
It also knows as partner twist. Sit back to back and perform sukhasana. Inhale arm up and twist to the right to reach right hand to the partner knee/thigh. Hold the breath for 5 seconds and switch and repeat.
Buddy Boat Pose
Find a comfortable place to seated and raise legs so knee to touch the toe. Lift chest towards each other and bring the knee toward the chest. Keep the spine straight and straighten legs and hold for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat the exercise and it is the challenging and cool couples yoga poses.
