Couples Yoga Poses

Bound Angle Pose or Baddha Konasana

Sit back to back each other and close the foot. One partner bend forward and other partner rest head and shoulder. Expand the chest and relax the heart.

Hold the breath for 5-10 second and inhale. Repeat the exercise by other partners.

Partner Forward-Fold

Be seated position facing each other. Legs extended and make “V” shape and touch each other toe. Hold the arm and one should pull and others should bend forward.

Exhale the breath when you bend and inhale while becoming straight. Repeat the exercise for both partners.
