How to Do
- Stand straight with shoulder width gap
- Slowly raise your hand and touch the left shoulder
- Hold your right elbow with your right hand
- Strat side stretching your body with putting pressure on the elbow
- Hold for few seconds and return back to starting pose
- Repeat this stretching with another side
- Stretching, make your body tone and get a slim look

2. Donkey Kicks – Sideways

How to Do
- Get down on all fours. your elbows and knees touching the floor and face towards the wall
- Slowing raise your right knee and start kick to the side
- Kick it in such a way that your left thigh is parallel to the floor
- Return the leg for to stating the position
- Repeat this for 10 kicks and change the leg
- Do 10 kick with each leg for 3 sets
- You can increase the stretches gradually
