Downward Facing Dog
Downward dog is an easy posture mostly perform in yoga classes. It helps to stretch the entire body.
How to do
- Come to all fours with wrist directly under shoulders, knees under hip.
- Hold your toe and lift your hip from the floor.
- Move to your toes and if the hamstrings are tight the slightly bend your knee.
- Press the plam and rotate the elbow towards each other.
- Hold for 5-8 breath and rest your body

Triangle pose

How to do
- Stand with one leg’s length and stretch your arms at the shoulder height.
- Turn your right foot at 90 degrees angle and left foot at 45 degrees angle.
- Extend arms and bend side over the right leg.
- Try to touch the floor or right leg above or below with right hand
- Stretch your left hand towards the ceiling
- Hold for 5 breath and switch another side, repeat.
