Some days it is difficult to go outside and some days you don’t want to travel to the gym. Sometimes it is the weather conditions and sometimes it is just the routine that makes us skip the workout. But you know that you don’t have to skip a workout because of these issues.

Have a staircase at home? Great you got yourself a workout place. Find some stairs nearby or just use a box, or chair, or a table, something you can step on. All you have to do is step up and step down, on and off. Fellas, the goal is to keep you active and burn some calories and believe me this does it pretty well.

Planks
Planksdon’trequire a lot of time and burn a lot of calories in a short time. Planks built core strength and burn belly fat. There are various forms of planks but the basic one is like this. You start in a pushup position but instead of using your hands you balance the body on elbows and feet and just maintain that position. No up or down just holding the position is all. Usually, you should be able to do 1 minute but if you cannot hold as long as possible and add to the time daily.
Dancing
Like dancing? Even if you don’t you can try it just for the sake of exercise. Put some music on and enjoy while the calories are burning. It is a fun way to burn calories and get the heart pumping blood all over the body. Don’t worry if you are not a pro, just enjoy yourself. Lunges
Lunges are like walking sit-ups and great for legs. Find a space where you can walk.Take a step forward, then bend the rear leg in such a way that the knee gets close to the ground while the front leg is bent at a 90-degree angle. Push yourself back up and take another step forward and repeat the leg bending movement. Hold on to weights, or put anything heavy in a backpack wear it and do lunges.
Cleaning
This one is really simple and beneficial in more than one way. Do chores and clean the house when you are at home this way your work will be done and you will have a healthy workout. See what tasks you were putting off for some time and complete those. This is how you kill two birds with one stone.

High Knees
Don’t have a treadmill at your home neither you can run at your place? Don’t worry high knees are the way to go. It strengthens legs, engages the core and gets the heart rate up. Start by placing your feet at hip-width. Now lift one knee to the chest as you bring one down quickly switch to the other knee and bring that to the chest. Continue with alternating and slowly bring up the pace. Remember not to hurt yourself with it.
Jumping Jacks
This is a good home cardio workout. Stand like you used to do in assembly at school, legs together and hands at side. Now bend the knees a little to give yourself a push off and jump as high as possible. You can open up the legs and arms if you like why in the air. As soon as you land repeat jumping back into the air.

Jump Rope
Jumping rope is simple and you don’t even need instructions. If you don’t have a jumping rope get any ordinary rope available. Start jumping and gradually increase the pace as high as you can. Continue for one minute at least and go for as long as you can. I bet you will soon be out of breath and your calves will be burning.

If you do have weights you can train arms, shoulder, and back. If you don’t you can use a heavy water bottle or some other easy to hold weight. If there re no weights you can always try HIIT workouts. Working out at home is easy and simple, especially with these workout tips.
