Have a staircase at home? Great you got yourself a workout place. Find some stairs nearby or just use a box, or chair, or a table, something you can step on. All you have to do is step up and step down, on and off. Fellas, the goal is to keep you active and burn some calories and believe me this does it pretty well.

Planks
Planksdon’trequire a lot of time and burn a lot of calories in a short time. Planks built core strength and burn belly fat. There are various forms of planks but the basic one is like this. You start in a pushup position but instead of using your hands you balance the body on elbows and feet and just maintain that position. No up or down just holding the position is all. Usually, you should be able to do 1 minute but if you cannot hold as long as possible and add to the time daily.
Dancing
Like dancing? Even if you don’t you can try it just for the sake of exercise. Put some music on and enjoy while the calories are burning. It is a fun way to burn calories and get the heart pumping blood all over the body. Don’t worry if you are not a pro, just enjoy yourself.
